About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security - Current Operations Division on Fort Campbell, KY. Fort Campbell lies on the Kentucky/Tennessee border between Hopkinsville, KY & Clarksville, TN about 45 miles NW of Nashville. Both visitors & residents enjoy the shops & eateries of downtown Hopkinsville & Clarksville. The cost of living is lower than the average for all major U.S. cities.

Duties

Responsible for the coordination of a variety of plans and operations support activities to include facilities support. Serve as an action officer for initiatives requiring coordination of Operations Branch activities. Represent the Operations Branch at meetings, briefings and conferences involving plans or operational issues as directed. Perform such duties as Collateral Duty Safety Officer, Building Fire Marshal, Physical Security Officer, and Key Control Officer as needed.

Requirements

• Position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Position may require shift work and/or work on rotating shifts to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays and in other situations.
