You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF PRODUCT SUPPORT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Duties
You will provide leadership and technical expertise regarding process, policy, workforce development, and tactical implementation for the Office of Product Support (0PS).
You will demonstrate knowledge of supportability principles and practices.
You will identify and analyze product support and sustainment activities as well as their performance metrics to critically evaluate problems.
You will choose courses of actions to balance program limitations with fleet missions.
You will lead and manage complex projects while addressing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk management, requirements, integration, testing and training.
You will direct and manage the workload and priorities for the day-to-day operations of the Office of Product Support staff, utilizing resources available and identifying where efficiencies can be improved.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing product support and sustainment activities to plan or coordinate projects and resolve issues for a lifecycle logistics program.
