You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the MAGTF Staff Training Program Division (MSTPD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will install, operate, integrate, and maintain Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) OCP related equipment.
You will assist MISTC 29 Palms Site Director on accountability and maintenance of all government provided equipment.
You will participate and prepare information for POI Working Groups, Course Content Review Boards (CCRB), Master Lesson File (MLF) reviews, POI Learning Analyses in accordance with policy and procedures.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Troubleshooting to identify and solve system and application issues relative to instructional systems and learning; 2) Setting up, operation, configuration, customization and use of current military training and instructional systems equipment (i.e. Marines Corps Program of Records (POR) Combat Operational Command Post (OCP)); 3) Communicating concepts, ideas, and training methods to others including senior officers, subject matter experts and training audiences..

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education that equates to one year of experience.
