You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will ensure complaints submitted comply with policies as set forth by MCO 5354.1 Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC).
You will return and or resolve reports that are not complaint with policy.
You will provide oversight of all reports to the Prohibited Activities and Conduct within the Marine Corps.
You will serve as the primary trainer on case management system for Equal Opportunity Advisor for students at DEOMI.
You will provide managers and employees with information and interpretations of the organization's military Human Resource policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Providing oversight of all reports related to Prohibited Activities and Conduct within the Marine Corps; 2.) Preparing response to Request for Information (RFI) Freedom of Information Act, and Privacy Act Information received from internal and external agencies related to PAC cases; 3.) Serving as a primary trainer on case management system for Equal Opportunity Advisor students at DEOMI; 4.) Serving as Alternate Forms Manager responsible for the managing and designing new and revised form to support program operations; AND 5.) Providing managers and employees with information and interpretations of organization's military Human Resource policies, procedures and guidelines.
