You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Comptroller Division of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will need working knowledge of the Defense Travel System.
You will need working knowledge and experience using Debt Management Monitor (DMM)
You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary.
You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instructions.
You will interview candidates and recommend hiring and promotions.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of DTS programs and management practices.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following duties: 1.) Planning work, setting priorities and scheduling work; 2.) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty; 3.) Developing performance standards and evaluating employee performance; 4.) Interviewing candidates and recommending hiring, and promotions; and 5.) Managing subordinates on assets of the Defense Travel System.
