You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Capabilities Development Directorate of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will work with cross-functional teams in order to coordinate the development of a pathway to meet urgent and deliberate needs.
You will capture and champion Universal Needs Statements through appropriate vetting processes as well as demonstrate knowledge to the overall Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) system.
You will serve as a program integrator for deliberate needs generated initiatives while maintaining awareness in planning activities and initiatives hosted by the Division.
You will facilitate and attend collaborative kick-off briefs for both Urgent and Deliberate Universal Need Statements and provide feedback to stakeholders.
You will provide timely review and feedback to Capability Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and Capability Integration Officers (CIOs) during the development of critical documents in order to ensure compliance.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Working with cross-functional teams in order to coordinate the development of a pathway to meet urgent and deliberate needs; (2) Capturing and championing Universal Needs Statements through appropriate vetting processes as well as demonstrating knowledge to the overall Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) system; (3) Serving as a program integrator for deliberate needs generated initiatives while maintaining awareness and participating in planning activities and initiatives hosted by the Division; (4) Facilitating and attending collaborative kick-off briefs for both Urgent and Deliberate Universal Need Statements and providing feedback and making inquiries to stakeholders; and (5) Providing timely review and feedback to Capability Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and Capability Integration Officers (CIOs) during the development of critical documents in order to ensure compliance.
