About the Position: This position is located at the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Division (CMAOD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the program through detailed studies/analyses.
Create data base queries to retrieve casualty information and provides responses to the hundreds of casualty related inquiries received.
Respond to high-level inquiries (White House, Congressional, etc.).
Prepare front-end analyses for the development of training products.
Recommend the need for and updates program policies and written guidance. technical
Requirements

Experience Required:
To qualify based on your experience, the resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which includes and prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience managing a casualty assistance program; coordinating survivor benefits; responding to high level inquiries; tracking benefit information and managing a casualty database.
