Duties
Manages replenishment processes from the vendor and item set-up to sales and inventory analysis. Partners with buyers to ensure all components of process are accurately set from fill-to rates and weeks of supply to cycle time and vendor lead time. Maintains surveillance over financial plans, in conjunction with buyer, by monitoring order generation and the impact to inventory levels and OTB. Responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining consistent methodology to effectively execute process.

Qualifications
Bachelor¿s Degree in a related field appropriate to work of the position, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR three years' experience and in-depth knowledge in retail buying and merchandising techniques. Must havedemonstrate ability to analyze retail components, including weeks of supply (WOS), inventory turn and selling rate and their implications to sales and gross margin performance. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package of Excel, Power Point and Access. Familiar with retail operations system(s) and the ability to manipulate data in order to execute replenishment process. Ability to become familiar and comply with DoD, Department of the Navy and Marine Corps directives, policies and regulations covering retail operations.Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
