You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower & Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will conduct all typers of IG inspections IAW MCO 5040.6J, to include developing the detailed inspection plan, gathering information, analyzing data, and identifying root causes of any deficiencies,
You will assist in providing technical guidance and or conduct general special and follow-up inspections.
You will collect, organize, and review pertinent data to determine the major problem affecting the unit or agency.
You will schedule all inspections to ensure concept adequately meet regulatory requirements.
You will measure efficiency and effectiveness of command activities related to EMO and command climate.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following duties: 1.) Developing detailed inspection plans, gathering information, analyzing data, identifying root causes of deficiencies and recommending possible solutions; 2.) Collecting, organizing, and reviewing pertinent data to determine the major problems affecting the unit or agency; 3.) Compiling inspection findings into detailed reports; 4.) Ensuring internal controls meet prescribed program standards; and 5.) Presenting reports to all management levels in the inspected activity.
