You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Marine Corps Base Quantico.
Duties
You will develop, review, analyze and make recommendations regarding civilian manpower initiatives for the command.
You will review and oversee complex administrative and technical support tasks.
You will design and conduct complicated studies, analysis and research projects and provide advisory services.
You will develop new ways to measure program accomplishments.
You will develop and refine policy and procedures for management and control of civilian manpower resources.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following:1.) Directing and supervising all aspects of the civilian manpower programs; 2.) Implementing and integrating new programs and developing new theories, training syllabuses, concepts, principles, standards, methods and establishment of inspection programs; 3.) Providing technical and administrative supervision and direction to the personnel assigned to the Civilian Manpower Branch; and 4.) Providing recommendations on manpower management, performance management, position management and manpower requirements.
