You will serve as a Administrative Technician for Wounded Warrior Battalion-West, Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will perform a wide variety of general office administrative functions, information/records management, and automation support functions.
You will review and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
You will be responsible for preparation of letters, memorandums, notes, power point briefing slides and other office documentations and presentations.
You will work with multiple action officers and supervisors and create required documentations using various office automation software packages to including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
You will review administrative programs guidance, policies, and procedures from higher authority to determine the effect on assigned missions.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing information technology support to staff and members; 2) Providing subject matter expertise on information management, system operation, information assurance, and customer support; 3) Utilizing office automation systems and various software packages to prepare various correspondence, messages, briefing charts, and other required office documentation.
