About the Position: This position is located at Camp Pendleton, California.
Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
Duties
Coordinate the educational activities of the program and ensures program compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintains essential documents required for program viability.
Manage documentation, agenda, after-action and progress reports for mandatory mid-cycle internal reviews.
Maintain comprehensive documentations and prepares training folders for quarterly performance review and counseling sessions.
Submit requirements for the annual budget which include compiled requests with justifications.
Work consists of specialized duties with continuing responsibility for projects, questions, or problems that arise within an area of a program or functional specialty as defined by management.
Serve as a central point of contact to provide authoritative explanations of requirements, regulations, and procedures, and to resolve operational problems or disagreements affecting assigned areas.
Requirements
