You will serve as a OFFICE SUPPORT CLERK (OA) in the SECURITY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
Duties
You will receive and screen telephone calls and visitors; maintain all records and files; and relay messages to personnel.
You will prepare a variety of forms, letters, memorandum, and other correspondence using word processing software.
You will input and review time and attendance records to ensure technical accuracy of all time, leave and associated pay codes.
You will perform a variety of fiscal related duties, which include analysis, management, and reporting of budget requests, purchases, shortfalls, and
disposition.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and coordinating specialized administrative and personnel management functions and office administrative activities (i.e., manpower management, pay actions, receive calls and visitors, correspondence management, records and files management, and official mail management) in support of an organization's daily mission.
