As a Management and Program Analyst you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technology including but not limited to databases and dashboards that collect, analyze, and report information related to ORMDI's core mission and business processes. You will provide internal and external customers with accurate and timely workforce diversity and inclusion data through standardized and ad hoc reports. This Position is developmental to the GS-0343-13- Management and Program Analyst,
Duties
Analyze data associated with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) diversity and inclusion programs using various methods i.e. descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, workflow analysis, etc.
Evaluate the effectiveness of procedures regarding information/documentation systems.
Deliver training on data systems to agency employees on a quarterly basis.
Manage the data request systems.
Complete various statistical workforce diversity reports for presentations to internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure all documents/reports are 508 compliant for distribution or posting.
Create dashboards/tools for stakeholders to get answers to frequently asked questions.

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Using qualitative and quantitative methods to prepare workforce analysis reports on various aspects of the employment lifecycle; (2) Developing web-based applications (i.e. SharePoint, etc.) and/or database management systems (i.e. Microsoft, Power BI, etc.); (3) Evaluating the effectiveness of EEO diversity and inclusion programs to recommend improvements; (4) Developing instructional training to an organization on data systems and applications.
