DCSA's DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) is seeking a Reporting Operations Manager for their Analysis and Mitigation Division. The purpose of this position is to serve as the Program Manager for the DoD Insider Threat Reporting Hotline and Triage Manager, who works independently and exercises judgment in applying advanced security, criminal intelligence analytic techniques, and evaluates validity and pertinence of data and reporting.
Duties
As a REPORTING OPERATIONS MANAGER you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Direct the daily duties for a team of approximately 12 individuals with the task to review possible insider threat concerns communicated electronically.
- Review the work production of team and modify practices as required.
- Develop training standards for team and ensure team is adequately trained.
- Collaborate with other insider threat components and hubs regarding current issues and concerns.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Expert knowledge of a wide range of principles, techniques, methods, processes, to include knowledge of terminology, methodology and information gathering techniques, and research and analytical techniques as applied to difficult and complex assignments in investigations, security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence analysis. Experience in program management and operational support to include the development, administration, and monitoring of the effectiveness of policies and programs. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely triage of all Insider Threat submissions.
