You will provide leadership and expertise leading the Integration and Assessments team providing an integrated, complete story for the Exploration Ground Systems Program's senior management and representing the Program to external stakeholders and NASA Headquarters.
Duties
Lead the team responsible for integrating all programmatic data across the Exploration Ground System Program keeping management apprised of any issues, concerns or potential risks that should be addressed.
Prepare for and lead monthly and quarterly program integration meetings with senior management for reporting to the Artemis Moon to Mars Program Office and other agency stakeholders.
Lead and provide analysis of programmatic plans, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions to ensure effective and efficient programmatic management.
Lead the communication of programmatic and technical data/information to the appropriate staff to ensure all areas are covered and enable consistency.
Lead the EGS program response and represent the program, along with the programs Audit Liaison Representatives, to all external auditors including those from the Government Accountability Office and NASA Inspector General.
Lead to ensure the Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) Program is in compliance with NPR 7120.5, NASA Space Flight Program and Project Management Requirements.
Serve as the Lead Program Liaison to independent assessment teams, interfacing, planning, and coordinating with other programs on life-cycle reviews and pertinent technical reviews.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level.
Applying expertise in program and project management requirements for large spaceflight, aeronautic, or similar development programs
Performing analysis of programmatic plans, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions to management
stakeholders
Developing or supporting program life cycle reviews or independent assessments
