You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Life Cycle Program Management Division for the Life Cycle Management Department of FORCES SURVEILLANCE SUPPORT CTR.
Duties
You will provide assistance to the Division Head of Life Cycle management Programs in the management of the Life Cycle Management (LCM) contracts as the Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR).
You will develop and maintain relevant databases for the purpose of supporting the Life Cycle Management (LCM) department.
You will analyze and evaluate program studies that serve to facilitate performance of system engineering analysis and provide technical assistance to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on ROTHR system issues with direct impact.
You will review and monitor progress reports and work plans, as well as monitor contractor compliance with its quality control systems and ensure corrections are made on all defects and omissions.
You will participate in a variety of meetings including but not limited to the Configuration Control Review Board (CCRB), Integrated Logistics/Parts Investigation (ILS/PIR), Failure Review (FRB), and Engineering Integrated Process Team meeting.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience providing technical direction/clarification and guidance with respect to contract performance work statements regarding the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon RADAR system (ROTHR) of Record and similar programs.
Experience performing in-depth qualitative and quantitative assessments to evaluate the operational performance of the ROTHR system, updating and implementing modifications based on the Configuration Management Plan.
Experience working closely with the Project and/ or Technical Assistant to monitor the technical work of contractors, and performing quality assurance and inspections of deliverables.
Experience conducting database management as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) or similar position.
Experience applying program and management analysis and information management concepts, principles, methodology and analytical methods and techniques in order to provide strategic planning recommendations to FSSC life Cycle Management Program Supervisors and other personnel.
Experience monitoring contractor's compliance to schedule requirements and reporting deficiencies to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
