The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Inspector General (OIG) is currently looking for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in one of our fourteen DOE-OIG locations, to be determined at time of selection. Join our professional team of auditors, criminal investigators, and inspectors who help support DOE's mission through performance and financial audits, inspections of management issues and administrative allegations, and investigations into alleged violations of law.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as the Director of Strategy, Policy and Performance within the OIG, you will be responsible for the following:

- This position is a drug testing designated position and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- This position requires a Critical Sensitive Q (Top Secret) Clearance. The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Q Security Clearance.
- Will be required to participate in the Direct Deposit Electronics Funds Transfer Program.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade or equivalent pay band in Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
1) Ability to use analytical techniques to interpret and evaluate data.
2) Serve as technical authority to assess a program's effectiveness using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
3) Lead and coach a team to efficiently accomplish assigned tasks.
4) Plan, organize, and direct resources to accomplish special projects.
