About the Position:
The U.S. Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Headquarters located on Fort Detrick, in Frederick, Maryland. Frederick is west of Baltimore, northwest of Washington, DC, and south of Pennsylvania; it is also close to Virginia and West Virginia. The surrounding area offers a variety of historical sites, semi-professional and professional sports teams, restaurants and shops, museums, and outdoor recreational activities.
Duties
Serve as the Command’s Support Agreements Manager and staff consultant on the administration of support agreements.
Responsible for the coordination, negotiation, and administration of support agreements between the USAMLC, Fort Detrick US Army Garrison, Services, Defense Logistics Agency entities, Federal, and non-government organizations.
Write Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), intra-service agreements, and interagency support agreements ensuring all specific requirements are incorporated into their provisions.
Review agreements to ensure compliance with Command policy.
Organize and meet with representatives of internal and external organizations for presenting and discussing provisions of support agreements.
Respond to inquiries from support agreement customers.
Maintain support agreement costs on spreadsheets and reconcile with the Budget Office.
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Up to 10% Business Travel.

Specialized Experience Requirement: At least one year of specialized experience which includes:
Assisting with the coordination, negotiation, and/or administration of support agreements between organizations;
Assisting with support agreement memoranda for services; AND
Maintaining spreadsheets for budget of support agreements.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
