About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of a variety of work operations and function through subordinate supervisors. Collaborate verbally with higher level managers, subordinate employees, and/or production personnel for new workload. Develop performance standards, evaluate performance of subordinate supervisors. Develop plans of action and milestones to achieve missions objective. Review and analyze production schedules and cost variances for programs controls to assure depot production commitments are accomplished as scheduled.

• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
• This position is supervisory position. A one year probation to assess the incumbents ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
