About the Position: Incumbent provides full range of computer, automation, audiovisual and training support for department staff and hospital programs. Employs and manages multiple automation and online training systems for the Department. Delivers and oversees IT systems training, computer instruction, and support for HESD programs. Provides training automation support as necessary to meet the Commander's Strategic Objectives.

Duties

Manages and oversees the use of training equipment, computers, automation products, and instructional materials. Serves as the hand receipt holder for computer and automation equipment. Maintains computer-based training and testing systems, processes, and procedures. Serves as a functional administrator for the Relias Health Learning Management System. Serves as liaison with Operations and Security Office and Information Management Division on computer and automation and network access issues and updates.
