You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Ground Training Department of TRAWING FOUR.

Duties

You will manage the administration of all Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (T-SHARP) functional operations throughout the Training Air Wing FOUR and assigned squadrons. You will manage the Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (T-SHARP) requirements change process. You will manage and assign all Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (T-SHARP) application system account permissions. You will serve as the Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (T-SHARP) operational/functional liaison between higher echelon commands and internal and external support groups to facilitate system application goals and accomplishments. You will develop and update specific Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program Standard Operating Procedures an ensure that all Operating Procedures are followed in the "day" to "day" use of T-SHARP application.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing data from a Training Information Systems program (e.g., Training Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program, Training Management Systems) to identify problems and recommend solutions for the improvement of program efficiency in support of a military aviation training program. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
