Duties
As a Supervisory Integrated Supplier Team Chief, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Plan, organize, coordinate, and integrate all of the logistics operations assigned to the Team.
Monitor day-to-day operations, resolve problems and improve processes and procedures.
Perform administrative functions supporting first line supervisors.
Provide senior technical/quality leadership assisting other IST chiefs and first line supervisors with technical and quality issues.
Work with functional specialists in other organizations to facilitate progress of technical and quality programs, projects, and initiatives.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Integrated Supplier Team Chief, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Providing guidance on DoD/DLA/DSC policy and regulatory requirements.
Managing, supervising, and developing policy procedures for admin work
Providing problem solving expertise affecting the timely coordination and integration of multiple acquisition and logistic (contracting, supply, technical/quality assurance) processes.
Assisting higher-level managers in program analysis and implementation.
Leading a team of any discipline (Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Tech/Quality) to accomplish metrics and goals provided by higher authority.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
