You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Training Command (TRNGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will primarily assist the Civilian Manpower Section Head in providing guidance, technical support, advice and procedures to the internal staff, and all subordinate commands.
You will advise and resolve complicated substantive problems affecting major agency administrative programs and requirements, and propose new organizational structures, realignment of function, and/or staffing level, to improve efficiency.
You will assist and advise management on realignments of personnel between divisions, distribution of work among positions, efficient use of positions and employees.
You will attend meeting with managers and supervisors or represents one to help formulate improvement plans and strategies.
You will apply new, or revise classification stands to all jobs in assigned occupational families or series to ensure uniform application.

Qualifications
GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector organizing and planning meetings, preparing briefs and program administration, providing oversight of position management requirements (i.e. ability to utilize TWMS, DCPDS), providing customer service to commands, and conducting comprehensive analytical studies.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector organizing and planning meetings, preparing briefs and program administration, providing oversight of position management requirements (i.e. ability to utilize TWMS, DCPDS), and providing customer service to commands.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify for the GS-11 position based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
OR Combination: You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. To combine education and experience, the total percentage of experience at the required grade level compared to the specialized experience requirement, as well as the percentage of completed education compared to the education requirement must equal at least 100 percent.
