As an Administrative Officer, you will perform a wide variety of complex duties relating to the management of operational, administrative, financial and human resource services and you will serve as technical advisor to the Senior Advisor to the SDC of SRA on all administrative matters.

Duties
As an Administrative Officer, you will:
Perform a wide variety of complex duties including financial and resource management, management and program analysis, quality management, acquisition, logistics, and other operational programs.
Plan and carry out analytical projects, programs, and activities that require gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations for SRA programs.
Assist with acquisition services, including entering and/or overseeing acquisition requests in applicable systems and ensure contracting packages are complete prior to forwarding to OCC procurement officials.
Assist in the development, oversight, and administration of the SRA Quality Program. Assist in evaluating SRA processes, respond to staff inquiries, maintain systems and scheduling activities.
Serve as primary point of contact for SRA Administrative processes and respond to staff questions regarding administrative matters.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot functions and capabilities of systems and applications used by SRA staff.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Assisting and advising customers, management and/or executives on a wide range of principles, practices, and advisory services; AND
Providing administrative and advisory services to a program office to include coordinating administrative functions (e.g., budget, financial management, acquisitions, facilities, human resources, etc.)
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
