Duties
You will employ clerical and administrative procedures and requirements, phone, and computer requests, standard office skills, and demonstrated ability to support a diverse team.
You will prepare standard correspondence, reports and other documents ensuring proper grammar, spelling, punctuation and format, filing, pick-up and delivery of mail, duplication and/or routing of documents.
You will coordinate the TPO calendar, support/coordination of team meetings, prepare/process of travel arrangements, orders, vouchers (including foreign travel), phone moves, equipment management, and maintain/order office supplies.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Performs some or many of the following tasks: files, picks up and delivers mail, duplicates and/or routes documents.
2. Prepares, reviews, and edits standard correspondence, reports, and other technical documents to ensure proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and effective presentation of information.
3. Creates travel orders to authorize official travel for assigned employees.
