You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Integrated Product Support D21 within the Digital Engineering Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Duties
You will serve as the Integrated Product Support (IPS) Team Lead overseeing ILS and programs planning, executing, preparing, reviewing, coordinating or evaluating logistical actions in support of new systems acquisitions or sustainment programs.
You will prepare milestones, test plans, procedures, system analysis and data of the systems and associated systems.
You will lead personnel with a variety of logistics expertise in developing and implementing programmatic requirements from acquisition through phase out.
You will develop and update logistics planning documents, define systems supportability requirements, evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts, establish and maintain logistics program databases and integrated product teams.
You will communicate with key customers and stakeholders in assigned project areas within business lines.
You will lead technical reviews of processes and products to support programs, systems, and project deliverables.
You will support and lead inputs into NAVSEA, Command, department, divisional, and branch objectives and goals to execute Continuous Process Improvement and achieve command and department strategic goals.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating logistical support and requirements to develop or adjust plans in order to reduce life cycle cost and improve readiness in support of naval acquisition or sustainment programs.
