You will serve as a Supervisory Staff Administration Director in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will Serves as MRA Department’s senior administrator, and as the Staff Administration Director also in charged with exercising general management of MRA Department’s Support and Logistics Branch.
You will provide direct supervision, technical guidance, and administrative coordination to a diverse group of technically qualified personnel.
You will be responsible for delegating tasks to subordinate General Officer staffs within each division for action.
You will ensure projects and products developed for or on behalf of the DC MRA are administratively accurate.
You will be responsible as MRA Security Coordinator requiring extensive knowledge of security policies and procedures.
You will perform the duties of the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Commandant of MandRA, a Tier-3 SES.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and formulating organizational policies and guidelines and providing advice and recommendations to management to include but not limited to manpower and personnel readiness, security policies and procedures, and administration matters directly affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
