The incumbent serves in the Architect of the Capitol’s Architect’s Mobility Program (AMP) as a Pipefitter Worker. The position acquires on-the-job training in the basics of pipefitting as well as formal classroom training, and performs progressively more difficult worker level tasks which assist journey level Pipefitters with more complex duties.  

Duties

Tour of Duty: Monday through Friday - 2nd shift, 12:30pm to 9:00pm 

Requirements

  • You must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Your resume and question responses must demonstrate job-related KSAs,
  • Must be a current permanent employee with at least 1 yr of service at AOC.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Ability to perform work in pipefitter trade occupations without more than normal supervision.
