Duties
Serves as the Branch Chief of the Program Analysis and Master Planning (PAMP) branch of the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) Division, Defense Fuel Support Point, DLA Energy.
Provides overall leadership and program direction for the branch and supports the SRM Division Chief by providing advice and expertise to DLA Energy Senior Leadership regarding the execution of the STM functional responsibilities.
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative methods and technologies for the assessment and (con't)
(con't) improvement of the effectiveness/quality of complex logistics support programs, plans, management processes, and systems.
Establishes and implements management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies, ensuring personnel within the branch apply standardized approaches to support data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Coordinating and integrating various policy issues, technical guidance, program activities, and for ensuring that the DLA Energy strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to employees.
Evaluating and coordinating Military Service SRM Program submissions, and assists with the development of related programming, planning, and budgeting processes.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
