This position is part of the Office of Management, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will assist the Director in developing, implementing, and interpreting policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for Headquarters reporting, and analysis related activities.

- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of entering the position and annually (5 CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).
- This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) subject to applicant testing and random drug testing thereafter. Failure to test or a positive result on random drug test conducted after appointment may result in removal from Federal employment.
- A preliminary background check must be completed before a new employee can begin work. Current Federal employees or other individuals with an existing completed background investigation may not be required to undergo another background check.
- This position has been designated as "Q" and requires a security clearance at the high risk level. The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain this clearance level, failure to do so may result in separation from federal service.
- This position is included in a Bargaining Unit.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Experience working with General Services Administration's Fleet Servicing Representatives as it pertains to federal fleet initiatives (i.e., short term rentals, vehicle acquisitions, maintenance, returns and extensions; AND
Providing oversight and management of vehicle fleet such as maintenance of fleet, budgeting and accounting for fleet related activities, electric vehicle charging, vehicle fleet policies and procedures; AND
Managing of large (700+ spots) parking garage.
Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned, motivated, and self-reliant professional who can share their expertise in building and maintaining relationships with fleet servicing representatives. Provide their expertise in operation, logistics, and oversight with managing a large fleet parking garage.
