You will serve as a PROGRAM MAANGER of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.

Duties

You will recommend resources required to accomplish program objectives. You will plan program execution to mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks. You will monitor work and funding expenditures to control funding for a program. Evaluate current program capabilities against long term requirements to identify disconnects. Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, organizing, and oversees efforts and projects that are aimed at achieving and improving the quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of program accomplishments; 2) Managing short and long range planning activities that include multi-year work plans that are the products of subordinate organizational projects/programs; 3) Leading meetings with internal staff and representatives from external agencies and industry to determine program status; and 4) Preparing proposals and briefs to develop new business opportunities.
