This position is located in the Western-Pacific Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Division, (AHL-W300) in a Regional Office. The incumbent serves as a HR Specialist (Labor & Employee Relation), technical advisor to management on the administration and operations of LER programs.

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify for Pay Band FV-H, you must demonstrate that you possess at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G or FG/GS 10/11 level.For the FV-H level specialized experience is: Experience as a Human Resources Professional, Attorney in the area of personnel law, or Union RepresentativeTo qualify for Pay Band FV-I, you must demonstrate that you possess at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H or FG/GS 12 level. For the FV-I level specialized experience is Experience providing guidance and assistance in administering union contracts; and Experience recommending course of actions for resolutions to grievances, conflicts, and complaints.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience described must be in or related to the duties of the position.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
