About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio. Duties

Oversees team tasked with producing contract CAD drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for the repair of various facilities. Facilities may include, roadways, parking lots, intersections, general pavement repairs and roofing systems. Performs successfully in a high-tempo project environment where multi-tasking and changing priorities are expected. Provides contract monitoring for JOC (Job Order Contracts) with USACE. Develops and maintains project prioritization list and maintains project’s status. Develops independent government estimates for work within 10% of project award. Researches, schedules, and attends training to increase knowledge base of various repair types.

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
