You will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist in the NAWCWD Security Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities; and providing leadership and supervision You will provide coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees; plans, monitors, and appraises job results; conducts training; implements enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. You will completing performance management tasks in a timely manner; including clearly communicating performance expectations, providing concise, accurate and timely feedback. You will maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations. You will administer all aspects of the security program protecting the Command from espionage, terrorism, and threats of unauthorized disclosure and/or compromise of information or material considered vital to mission interests.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (NM-03=GS 09-12) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
