You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Resources Management Branch of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will monitor actual spending and workload execution throughout the year.
You will provide analysis and evaluation of construction project data and financial information.
You will provide data, reports, special studies, point papers, statistical studies, and graphic presentations for use in briefings.
You will develop the workload requirements through the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) and Operating Target (OPTAR) processes.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing support in developing the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) for an organization; 2) Calculating and projecting resource requirements for products and services; 3) Developing data and charts used in formal briefings and presentations of the budget for management; 4) Collecting data and analyzing project schedules to identify trends, priorities, slippages, and deficiencies; and 5) Monitoring spending and workload execution for an organization. NOTE: This experience must be fully supported in your resume.
For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Assisting in the support of developing the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) for an organization; 2) Projecting resource requirements for products and services; 3) Developing data and charts used in formal briefings and presentations of the budget for management; and 4) Collecting data and analyzing project schedules to identify trends, priorities, slippages, and deficiencies.
