You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER in the Facility Management Division(FMD) Public Works of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Salary range:
GS-09: $63,526 - $82,580 per annum
GS-11: $76,860 - $99,914 per annum
Duties
You will be familiar with real property inventory, construction management and contracting.
You will have knowledge of DoD, DON, NAVFAC, and FEC regulations and policies pertaining to the real property inventory reporting and host tenant relationships/responsibilities.
You will have knowledge of practical decision-making principles and practices and the ability to apply this knowledge to accomplish difficult and complex matters.
You will have ability to utilize analytical tools for analysis of facilities.
You will have ability to expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, considering the audience, and the nature of the information to make clear and convincing oral and written presentations.
You will have ability to encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and group identity, to foster commitment and team-spirit with others to achieve, organizational goals.
You will have knowledge and skill in relational databases, GIS and Microsoft programs and iNFADS.
You will gather wide range of multi-faceted and detailed information, identify and analyze issues/incomplete data. Utilize ingenuity and technical skills to determine complete and accurate inventory.
You will coordinate closely with professional, technical, and other organizational staff, as well as planning professionals within the Installation, FEC, NAVFAC and CNIC.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications
GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing all matters related to real property inventory collection, validation, and maintenance; 2) Utilizing data integrity in real property record systems; and 3) Identifying production capacity constraints or delays to ensure timely or economical completion of requirements.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing assistance in matters related to real property inventory collection, validation, and maintenance; 2) Inputting data integrity in real property record systems; and 3) Maintaining files of real estate related documents for record keeping.
