This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Intake and Document Production, Planning And Resource Division. As an Management and Program Analyst, you will implement, coordinate, and analyze a variety of management trainings and resource management functions.

Duties

Developing, implementing, and monitoring PRD Branch functions that focus on long- and short-range plans, policies, and programs in the direction of goals, objectives and priorities established by DHS, USCIS and OIDP. Providing recommendations and technical guidance to leadership by compiling statistical data from administrative functions to perform analyses. Researching, designing, and developing briefings, trainings, workshops, and seminars for both internal and external stakeholders. Developing policy and guidance for planning and implementing program requirements.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/06/2023. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/06/2023. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the G-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Preparing detailed briefings in order to advise management on recommended solutions to various problems. Serving as a lead on projects that focus around an office's resources (examples include: budget, training, HR, communications). Resolving complex policy questions, and providing a basis for major decisions that affect activities and operations. Utilizing various technology and management systems, including Microsoft SharePoint/ECN, Microsoft Office programs, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
