Duties
Review incoming Shop Orders to determine the type and magnitude of each job.
Consult with the General Foreman, Shop Scheduler, or Division engineering personnel in resolving unforeseen complications, possible errors, unusual conditions, or desired changes.
Visit job sites to determine work methods to be employed and prepare special instructions as necessary.
Coordinate Construction Shop tasks with those of other shops and other jobs to determine the assignment of work to specific craftsmen.
Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
Work with customers to develop customer's idea into the design and layout of a finished job.
Ensure that material, equipment, and tools are on hand to perform preventative maintenance, special maintenance, and interdivision work requests.

Qualifications
There are no specific length or level of experience requirements. The applicant's overall background of experience, education and training must clearly demonstrate the ability to lead or supervise Maintenance Mechanics, Woodcrafters, Workers, Helpers, and Locksmiths
Applicants must meet the screen out elements and achieve an overall score of at least fifty (50%) or higher
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
