As a Regional Account Manager, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations and solutions to and/or resolving complex issues for PBS clients, performing two sets of functions - strategic account management and customer service management.Location of position: PBS, Portfolio Management Division, in Kansas City, MO.We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $99,916 per year. To qualify for the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in customer account support which includes researching customer needs, making space planning recommendations, and executing your organization’s developed strategies to achieve customer support goals; establishing and maintaining client relationships to facilitate conflict resolution; collaborating across business lines to solve problems; and making presentations and recommendations to leadership on client strategy.
To qualify for the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in strategic customer account management which includes researching, developing, planning, executing, and managing strategies to achieve customer support goals for workplace and real estate needs. This experience must include establishing, maintaining, and leveraging senior-level client relationships to influence the resolution of planning or project delivery conflicts; executing regional client portfolio strategies to deliver mission-based space and optimize the federal portfolio; briefing senior leaders and making recommendations on client housing strategy that meet customer and portfolio needs; leading formal or informal cross-divisional teams to solve problems; and serving as a customer advocate and advising on the appropriate application of policies and regulations.
