About the Position: The mission of the CCAD is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. CCAD is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

You will lead and manage a branch performing a variety of quality assurance oversight functions of production operations in a highly industrialized depot complex. Engage in the maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul of rotary wing aircraft, assemblies, sub-assemblies, accessories, components, and parts in accordance with the Depot Maintenance Concept. Provide technical and administrative guidance to subordinates related to meeting the rotary-wing aircraft depot overhaul quality assurance concepts. Monitor the accomplishment of assignments and a wide variety of projects, reviewing and evaluating programs during execution and utilization. Recommend and/or direct changes deemed necessary because of unforeseen developments or mission changes. Conduct efforts to assure work is accomplished effectively, solve technical and management problems, and make recommendations for improvement to methods.
