About the Position: This position is located in the Healthcare Informatics Division at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), located at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO. This is a TERM position not exceed 13 months. It is time-limited and may be extended beyond six (6) years, up to eight (8) years. This position may NOT be converted to permanent career or career-conditional appointment.

Duties

Responsible for all Department of Defense Electronic Health Record (EHR) related training to all assigned personnel at assigned Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) as required. Conduct class orientation to acquaint students with course of instruction, training objectives, standards, and policies. Follow approved lesson plans to ensure course material is properly delivered to participants. Prepare written correspondence using office automation systems. Review and evaluate effectiveness of performance and quality of results of the training processes and products through analysis of all training documents, reports, studies, and publications.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (36 semester hours) by 18. Add the two percentages.
