About the Position: In this position you will serves as a Lead Management Analyst (Talent Management) supporting the Communication Electronics Command, ILSC Mission Resources Division, Workforce Development and Training Program. You will lead a team of HR professionals in managing programs in the areas of: Workforce Development such as academic degree programs, training plans, Competency Assessments, Career Mapping, and Individual Development Planning.
Duties
Leads the strategic planning and execution of Workforce Development and Training Program for the ILSC.
Creates and administers studies to analyze and utilize findings to develop and execute innovative and comprehensive employee initiates to ensure mission success.
Advising management and senior leadership.
Utilize automated training and workforce development programs such as: CAPPMIS, TED, ACT, CHRTAS, ALU, DAU, and EMPReS.
Assessing and assigning workload.
Requirements

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 or GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes 1) Utilize automated training and recruitment programs such as: YELLO, Handshake, CAPPMIS, TED, ACT, CHRTAS, ALU, DAU, & CPOL to execute tasks; 2) Assist with the development of new & comprehensive Talent Management programs and processes to ensure mission success; and 3) Identify workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors in order to develop short and long-range programs
