Duties

You will participate in the development of overall system requirements and data standards, support business process and reengineering efforts. You will participate in test script development and execution of test scenarios and provide input into the design of user interfaces. You will perform technical analysis on the feasibility of transitioning from legacy data systems to an integrated enterprise solution. You will lead IPTs and work collaboratively with data stewards and consumers to implement data-centric solutions and develop data standards. You will develop technical specifications and data dictionaries to transform business needs into technical solutions.

  • This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Data Analyst- Data Administration level Intermediate.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • This is a Security Cooperation (SC) position due to the nature of the position's duties and responsibilities. Employee must obtain a BASIC Level Certification.
  • This position requires a ETM, Practitioner acquisition certification. The incumbent has 60 months to achieve the certification.
  • AWF members must achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every two years, in accordance with DoDI 5000.66.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Plans, develops, implements, and administers systems strategies. 2. Uses statistical graphics, plots, information tables, and charts to communicate results. 3. Develops functional, physical, or prototype models and simulations for training, testing, and evaluation. 4. Provided oversite of multiple IT projects.
