This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), Learning and Diffusion Group (LDG), Division of Model Learning Systems (DMLS). As a Supv Health Insurance Specialist (Division Director), GS-0107-15, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, analysis, evaluation and improvement of learnng systems.

Duties

Direct the activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of planning, development, and implementation of new or innovative program management. Interview candidates for positions in the Division and make recommendations for appointments, promotions, or reassignments of employees. Serve as an advisor to the Directors and executives of CMS components in preparation and review of short, intermediate, and long range plans for model design and learning system execution to improve participant performance. Provide expertise and advice to partner organizations and internal stakeholders on how to strategically implement projects and ensure improvement in the quality. Monitor complex technical and operational aspects of programs and projects using HCD to ensure successful completion.
