You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the APEO(UW)-L UAS & STRK WPNS PROG Division, AERIAL TRGT/DECOYS LOG/MAINT PROG Branch, Code E414100 of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will develop, demonstrate, and sustain the design, support, and maintenance for the AN/ALQ-231(V) Intrepid Tiger Family of Systems.
You will optimize program readiness by prioritizing safety, mission effectiveness, and cost-efficiency.
You will coordinate various logistical activities effectively.
You will participate in key technical meetings and reviews.
You will lead the development, testing, and deployment of logistics resources.
You will ensure Intergraded Logistics Support (ILS) adherence, issue resolution, and timely deliveries.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge and experience with technical and training manuals; 2) Providing expertise in Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) to identify and coordinate Special Tooling and Support Equipment; 3) Coordinating for supply chain integration and System Maintenance support including System Kitting, validation, assembly, and other key tasks; 4) Developing and reviewing Technical Directives (TDs) and supporting O-Level /I-Level including deficiency tracking, maintenance coordination, and Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) process.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M., if related
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
