Duties

Assist Operations Team Leader with coordinating and training of personnel assigned to facilities. Provide structure and guidance to all facilities operators on function and duties that will take place during their shift. Ensure adequate manning of facilities for events as well as routine operations. Open and/or close facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable. Issue/receive recreational equipment to authorized users. Collect applicable fees for items issued or sold, safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits. Pre-check and prepare equipment for customers, explain use, and monitor proper usage. Clean and maintain recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Perform self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment. Prepare work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help. Prepare requirement lists for appropriated and no appropriated supplies and equipment due to demand or need for replacement items. Coordinate with program staff to ensure adequate equipment is available to conduct program activities. Removes damaged or unusable equipment from inventory.

• A one year probationary period may be required.

• Must be available to work days, evening, and weekends.
• Indoor and outdoor work possible, with working early and/or late hours for events.
• Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
• Must have and maintain current/valid drivers license.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above. 2. Must have and retain a valid driver's license. Best Qualified Criteria: 1. At least six (6) months of experience in a field of maintenance and repair. 2.
