You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Directorate (N3) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
Duties
You will oversee the development of metrics and measures designed to identify command level trends, gaps, and areas of concern.
You will advise senior leaders on the most effective use of manpower resources within an organization.
You will serve as a technical advisor on program analysis results, process compliance, or business products or services.
You will determine recruitment requirements for an organization.
You will observe work in progress to identify problem areas (e.g., workflow, work methods, processes, procedures, task distribution, overall workload, forms, record keeping) requiring resolution.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides Operations Directorate management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning and development of annual execution plans; 2) Develop accurate and cost effective budget plans to support current and future financial operations; 3) Oversees the Government Purchase Card Program execution within the Directorate and approves purchasing decisions based on need and availability of funds; 4) Reviews required travel documents, including authorizations and vouchers for payment to ensure compliance with travel regulations, policies, and procedures; 5) Conducts studies of employee/ organizational effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and cost, and recommends changes to improve organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures; and 6) Responsible for the coordination of special projects, which include coordinating actions, extracting and consolidating supporting data, clarifying responsibilities and timelines for completion.
