Duties

The position is located in the Administrative and Logistics Branch (CMA); Acquisition and Administrative Management Division (CM); Human Capital and Resource Management Directorate (HCRM): Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Acts as the Support Agreement Manager, managing agency-wide SF 7600A, General Terms and Conditions (GT and C); FS 7600B Funding Documents (both legacy and within G-lnvoicing (G-INV)) and Military Intergovernmental Purchase Requests (MIPR). Routes/tracks draft 7600A in G-INV and via legacy process between DCAA and other federal/nonfederal Agencies for review/edits/updates, prior to returning to Trading Partner for initial and final approval. Ensures GT and Cs are accurate and signed by Requesting Agency (DCAA) and Trading Partners before the Funding Documents are created. Collaborates with other functional areas to ensure successful completion of GT and C's, and integrates multiple Stakeholders. Publishes policies and procedures for assigned program to include instructions, training materials and other guidance to meet Agency needs.

Qualifications

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-11 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as experience supporting or working with management of a Support Agreement Program, assisting in Funding Documents, Memorandum or Agreements (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and other lnteragency Agreements (IAA) or similar programs, experience in Government-Invoicing (G-INV) and experience in Federal Agency Financial Management systems. For the GS-12 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as experience in management of a Support Agreement Program, assisting in Funding Documents, Memorandum or Agreements (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and other lnteragency Agreements (IAA) or similar programs, experience in Government-Invoicing (G-INV) and experience in Federal Agency Financial Management systems. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP): You must be well qualified for the position to receive special selection priority under the ICTAP. A qualified ICTAP eligible achieving a score of 90 or above will be considered well qualified. Education

GS-11 Substitution of Education for Experience: Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed higher-level graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements.
