You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in N6 POLICY AND PLANNING of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will provide resourcing, strategy, and performance feedback to Cross Functional Teams (CFTs), Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), or any other action teams requiring support/analysis of N6 strategies, resourcing, and program/enterprise performance.
You will provide assistance in developing guidance for the N6 Policy and Planning Program Manager in support of other N6 Program Managers for planning, designing, conducting, and reporting business and operations for programs and competencies.
You will assist with determination of the N6 impacts of decisions and policies resulting from the Navy’s SIM program execution, and on any significant issues that may require corrective actions be taken.
You will coordinate Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/Program Review (PR) processes and procedures as how they relate and are required for N6.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Researching and analyzing data to determine the needs, requirements and cost effective productivity changes; 2) Developing long-range planning, managerial improvement and advising/proposing reorganization or realignment of resources and function in support of process re-engineering; and 3) Mapping processes and developing standard operating procedures.
